It looks like it might emphasize dry patches, but honestly it applies so smoothly and blends beautifully—way better than I expected! This is basically like a human peach makeup situation - I'm using this for blush and eyeshadow and everything, so it's really convenient for my whole look. The best part is that it doesn't leave any flaky residue on my skin. Honestly, people call this a holy grail product, but it's not for me. I'm seriously asking if they could make this available as an optional choice instead.

It works great as a base lip product! The matte finish is really nice, so I'd definitely recommend it if you love that matte look. The color isn't really my thing, unfortunately. I bought this for overlining my lips, and it's exactly the base lip shade I was looking for. It's a soft pink that's neither too dark nor too intense. Even though it's a matte tint, it applies incredibly smoothly without any dryness or flaking. The tip feels firm, but the outer edge has this lovely velvety texture. It finishes with a beautiful powdery effect right away. It does have a powdery finish, but it gets absorbed quickly without fully drying, so there's this slippery feeling left on the lips. If I want to layer another lip product on top, I need to blot it with a tissue first to remove the excess sitting on the surface. The color payoff seems quite strong when I swatch it on my hand, but when I apply it solo to my lips, it comes out way too sheer to work as a standalone product. Apply a thin layer along the outer edge of your lips and blend it with a cotton swab following your natural lip line for an instant overline effect. Draw the outer contour with a lip pencil and layer this product on top, blending it out to hide the boundary between your natural lips and the pencil line.

What really impressed me was that it didn't transfer onto my cup at all when I wore it. The long-lasting matte finish is fantastic, and I absolutely love the color. Of course, the shade does shift depending on your natural lip tone, which is just how these products work. I also thought that if you have flaky or dry lips, this might feel a bit uncomfortable to apply. This product has a lovely pink tone. If you have deeper or more saturated lip color, this works beautifully to neutralize and balance it out. I love using a nude or neutral lip base to tone down my natural lip color, then layering my favorite lip shade on top for the perfect finish. The color payoff is decent and the staying power is pretty solid. It's just your average product, nothing special. I have a winter cool soft personal color, and a friend with the same color type told me it looks great on me and got some tips from me! While it's recommended for warm undertones, it seems like winter cool shades can actually work for different people too—it's not a one-size-fits-all situation. What I noticed is that it's almost the same shade as my natural lip color, so the color doesn't show up as dramatically when I apply it. I think it's perfect for that effortless, barely-there makeup look. I'm not sure if it's because I have thinner lips, but I didn't feel like the staying power was that great.
