This is my honest review after purchasing with my own money. Lips: My lips tend to get quite dry, so I make it a habit to apply lip balm every evening before bed. Application Experience: Peripera seems to be one of the most well-known tint brands out there. The color payoff is excellent and the price point is really reasonable, making it a convenient product to use regularly. I'm satisfied with how well it colors my lips. Color Intensity: Since the tint itself has a deep, rich color, I need to apply it very lightly to achieve a natural lip tone that matches my own lips. If I'm not careful with the amount, it can go on quite heavily or look too intense. So it's important to have good control while applying. Since my lips are extremely dry, when I use just this product alone, I notice dryness setting in after a while. I've had to layer a lighter shade or transparent lip balm on top to make it work better for me. I picked this product because red tones really suit my skin, and I have to say the color payoff is absolutely amazing. Sure, it's probably the formula... The color does show up beautifully, but honestly it makes me think twice about a few things. This shade is perfect for my cool undertone, and I'm really happy with how long it lasts. The staying power is impressive! It's a bit drying, so I have to apply lip balm underneath before using it. That's the only downside for me. I apply lip balm first, then blot with a tissue, and layer it with a tint to create a gradient effect. This product is really pigmented and I feel like I'll be using it for a long time, seriously! My lips feel so full and defined. The color is way too intense and it transfers everywhere. I picked up shade 23 for fall because I wanted that warm, vibrant energy rather than something dark and heavy! When I apply it lightly, it looks great, but if I go too bold with the color, my lips end up looking disconnected from my face. So just a little attention to how much I'm using makes all the difference! The pigment is seriously intense, so even a tiny amount gives me full lip coverage. I honestly didn't run into any downsides while using it. I absolutely love both the formula and the color! On my lips, it creates this beautiful blend of pink and coral in about a 7:3 ratio. It's not overly bold, which is perfect because super vibrant shades don't really work for me, but this feels just right for brightening up my complexion! Honestly, there's not much to complain about, but if I had to pick something, I'd say it can feel a bit dry. Peripera absolutely nails that blurred edge effect. I love how powdery it feels, so I used Peripera Ink the Velvet for my ID photo makeup this time and I'm really happy with how it turned out. It gets really matte when I wear it in winter. I love how it doesn't smudge easily after application, and even when it does fade, it leaves behind such a pretty tint. It's really impressive! I initially bought it just because the color looked so pretty, but on me it comes across as a bit too red. It's more red than I expected, so I'd recommend applying it gradually and building up the color little by little.

Even so, it works beautifully on my skin tone too. The color payoff and staying power are absolutely incredible - it doesn't budge even after eating! The pigmentation is fantastic! The shade is a bit intense, and my lips feel dry after applying it. You really need to use less product. If you apply it the way you normally would with other products, you'll end up with way too much color.
