Advantages - Wide range of shades Peripera offers so many beautiful colors to choose from, and it's really fun picking the perfect one. They have both warm and cool tones available. - Color payoff The color payoff is quite strong, so if you apply it thin with good control, it looks natural, and when you layer it twice, the color becomes more vibrant. You can adjust the application based on your preferred intensity. - Price They run sales pretty frequently, and the prices are affordable, so it doesn't feel like a big investment. Disadvantages - Longevity I was hoping for the staying power of a velvet tint, but honestly, it doesn't last as long as I expected. - Uneven appearance When your lips aren't in great condition, applying it makes any dry patches really noticeable and the color looks patchy. The staying power is impressive. I love how it transforms your look when you apply it and then dab it off with a tissue. I'm really disappointed that this product was discontinued. I wish they would bring it back. Once you apply it and gently tap it with a tissue, it looks beautiful even on bare skin.

Even when I wiped it off with a tissue right after applying it, the color stayed put. And when I blended it slightly with my fingers before dabbing it onto my cheeks, it looked absolutely gorgeous! It doesn't wear well on its own throughout the day, and honestly, the color fades pretty quickly once I start eating. This is a classic red that's absolutely stunning! I'm not usually a fan of heavy, thick formulas, but this product has such a lightweight feel that I really appreciate it. The finish is gorgeous with that water-like, dewy quality that I love. The color payoff is excellent too! Sometimes it can feel a bit sticky. Also, the color is quite intense, so you'll need to be careful with how much you apply. I like to apply just a small amount using a cotton swab or my fingertip to blend it out. I think it looks really pretty when you apply it between the lip line and create a gradient effect! The color is absolutely gorgeous and has such a beautiful shine to it. For a moisturizing lip product, the staying power is really impressive and keeps my lips feeling hydrated throughout the day. It transfers quite a bit, which can be frustrating. The color is absolutely gorgeous and the pigmentation is incredible! I tried it on and I'm seriously obsessed. If you're someone who loves a true, bold red, this is definitely worth trying. I'm completely in love with it! There's nothing really wrong with it, but it does transfer quite a bit onto my mask, which is a bit frustrating. When I didn't know anything about makeup, I bought this because it looked so red and pretty, and I'm still using it constantly! It's great for versatile application anywhere, looks beautiful even worn alone, and it's a total staple. My lips don't get dry at all, and they stay moisturized the entire time I'm wearing it. Not really an issue for me. It does transfer a bit while it's drying, but once it sets, the shine stays put and there's no smudging, so I'm completely happy with it. When I want to add more of that gorgeous jelly shine to my lip color, I can layer it just in the center or apply it all over, and either way it looks absolutely stunning!

It didn't feel dry at all and the color is fantastic! My lips tend to get really parched, but this kept them feeling moisturized and comfortable. I didn't even need to use a lip balm underneath, which was great. I went for shade 5 in red, and the vibrant crimson is absolutely stunning. I find myself reaching for it all the time. If you have warm undertones, I'd definitely recommend this tint. My only wish is that the formula could be improved. If they upgraded the ingredients, this would easily be a five-star product for me.
