It's just... okay, I guess? Tints are really trending right now, so I picked this up. First off, the scent is like strawberry milk, which feels kind of playful and toy-like, honestly. Since it's a blur tint, it doesn't have that glossy shine, but it does settle really smoothly on the lips. The only downside is that the staying power isn't amazing—after eating or checking the mirror, I notice the color fades and only the lip line stays dark. It feels a bit pricey at full price, but it might be worth grabbing during a buy-one-get-one deal. I love that this water tint has such excellent staying power! The color is absolutely gorgeous, so I know I'll be reaching for it all the time! If the best thing about it is the staying power, then the downside is also the staying power, unfortunately. It sets so well that I can't layer it with other tints. It feels a bit awkward to wear on its own, so I need to be strategic about how I use it.

The pigmentation isn't strong enough to work well as an accent, but if you try to apply it as a full lip color, it settles unevenly in the fine lines of your lips with patchy coverage. The formula dries down quickly to a matte finish, yet somehow it still has this sticky, tacky feel that makes it really difficult to apply evenly. And because the staining is actually quite intense, you end up with blotchy, uneven color despite all the effort. If you're looking to address these frustrations, I'd suggest checking out Peripera's Ink the Velvet from the same brand. This muted pink shade is perfect for cool undertones and doesn't transfer at all. It applies sheer and lightweight while still lasting throughout the day. The color deepens a bit as time goes on. I was looking for that plummy tone and this is exactly it! If you love a muted, neutral look, you should definitely give this a try The packaging is adorable, but the material seems to pick up marks and show dirt pretty easily

If you've loved using Autumn Mulberry, raise your hand! This one has a slightly cooler, more blue-toned purple compared to that, but it's in a similar muted purple family. The color payoff is beautiful, and I really love how smoothly it glides and blends on the lips. Surprisingly, when this lipstick sits in my lip pouch with other products, it rubs against them and the edges get scratched up.
