I love how lightweight and fast-absorbing this is! It's perfect for summer or whenever I don't want to apply a heavy product. I bought this thinking it would be gentle on my acne-prone skin, but I woke up the next morning with an incredibly oily face after applying it at night. Skin type: dehydrated oily skin that tends to be dry and sensitive. I usually follow a routine of toner, serum 1, serum 2, and moisturizer cream. During dry seasons, even applying a thick layer of cream leaves my skin feeling parched on the surface while remaining dehydrated underneath. I decided to swap out the hydrating serum I was using as serum 2 for this product instead. After using it before bed, I woke up the next morning with noticeably less dryness and my skin felt so much more comfortable. For my daytime routine, I skip serum 1 and go with toner, this product, moisturizer cream, and sunscreen before makeup. Throughout the day, my skin stays hydrated and feels great. The texture doesn't feel irritating when I apply it, but when I looked into the ingredients, I found that it does contain a few potentially harmful components, though at very low levels. On days when my skin feels extra parched, I mix this product with a hydrating ampoule before applying it. It really helps tackle that deep dehydration and works wonderfully.
