    I didn't have a regular menstrual cycle because of polycystic ovary syndrome. I was hesitant about taking medication, so I looked for natural alternatives and found that Phytotics Choline Inositol was highly recommended, so I started taking it. Honestly, just two weeks after starting, my period came right on schedule, and I was so relieved! Since then, I haven't missed a single day and I'm taking it consistently. I'm really happy because my cycle is definitely becoming more regular now. Plus, my period cramps have improved so much too!
    I don't have any major complaints. The serving size is generous and it tastes good, so that's nice.
    When I asked Phytotics about it before, they mentioned that while the time of day doesn't matter, it's better to take it consistently at the same time each day. That's why I take mine in the evening! For office workers, taking it right when you get to work would probably help you remember to take it every day.
