At first, I loved it because there were no scalp issues and no itching, but my hair is falling out so much that I'm worried about hair loss. Natural products really do have two sides to them. The scent doesn't linger in my hair. I realized that fragrance is actually important for daily wear. The stiffness didn't improve even after trying citric acid and vinegar. What actually works is applying the emulsion to damp hair from the roots, but I'm stopping use because of these issues. I've been using this for 3 years now after searching for something to help with stress-related hair loss, and I'm really noticing how much healthier my scalp feels. If I only use the shampoo, my hair gets really frizzy. I've heard I should use citric acid, but honestly it becomes such a hassle to keep up with. I use it together with a leave-in conditioner, and I've noticed the product changes when I keep it in the bathroom. It seems like water exposure or humidity is causing it to break down. It works well, but the storage requirements are pretty inconvenient and make it difficult to maintain.
