I have sensitive, reactive skin with redness and rosacea. I'm particularly vulnerable to oils, heavy textures, strong vitamin formulas, and alcohol-based ingredients. While enlarged pores used to be a major concern, I've noticed they've naturally improved as I've gotten older and my skin produces less oil. Sunscreen tends to trigger breakouts on my skin, so I'm always on the hunt for hypoallergenic options. So far, the new Hera blue-tube sunscreen seems to be my best match! I'm also the type whose lips get irritated and flaky when I use Chanel or Yves Saint Laurent lip products. I absolutely love how refreshing and invigorating this feels! It's the perfect shampoo for summer. It doesn't create a rich lather and has a heavy, dense texture. I discovered this product while searching for something with really good ingredients, and I've been using it for years now. Being in my 50s, I've noticed my hair has become thinner at the crown and my scalp has gotten more sensitive, so I used to break out if I wasn't careful with my shampoo. But this product has made my scalp feel calm and comfortable, and my hair looks noticeably fuller and stronger. I also love how subtle and pleasant the fragrance is. The scent is nice, but I've heard the fragrance ingredient isn't actually beneficial. Scalp feels healthy and clear, no irritation. Cleanses beautifully and effectively. The lovely fragrance lingers subtly without being overwhelming. The price point is quite steep, so it's a bit challenging to use it as regularly as I'd like. Highly recommended

This isn't an intensely cooling shampoo that feels like you've poured menthol directly on your head. It's a refreshing cleansing shampoo with a pleasant, moderate menthol scent. The lather is really nice and satisfying. I especially appreciated that it doesn't strip away all the natural oils from your scalp, leaving it feeling balanced rather than completely parched. The cleansing power, lather, and formula are all so gentle - this word really captures it perfectly. The ingredients are mild too, and since Première has always taken great care of my very sensitive skin, I was thrilled to see skin-regenerating ingredients included. Personally, my hair is quite thick, coarse, and prone to frizz, so I was a bit worried that something this gentle might not be enough for my hair type. My husband's hair is average thickness and on the finer side, and he absolutely loves it - he's been using nothing but this lately. Since he's in his mid-thirties and just starting to think about hair loss prevention, he really believes these skin-regenerating ingredients will help care for his scalp. The price is the thing though. I'd love to use this daily because it's so gentle, but the price keeps holding me back. Since the bottle is so sturdy, I wish they'd release a refill option - that would be amazing. And for someone like me with thick, strong hair, I'd really hope they'd create a gentle formula paired with a treatment that's specifically designed for hair loss prevention. One shampoo alone has its limits, so my husband and I end up using different shampoos.

My scalp felt refreshed and cool too. The scent is nice enough, but there's one ingredient that's a bit bothersome to me.
