It doesn't create too much lather, it's really gentle, and I love it. I bought the refill size, so I get plenty of product for my money, which is great. Nothing bad to report, honestly! It's gentle and effective. Please keep making this product. It's perfect when I need relief from irritation. I'm more into hair essences than rinses or conditioners. I was pleasantly surprised by how well this cleanser lathers and how gently it cleanses without stripping. I use this all the time, and whenever I feel itchy, applying it makes everything feel completely better right away I do feel like the price is quite steep, and that's a bit disappointing to me
