Even though it's slightly acidic, it doesn't create excessive lather and has a rich, creamy texture that delivers a thorough deep cleanse with real substance. My skin was really compromised and I desperately needed to restore my skin barrier. This cleanser didn't irritate my skin at all, which was amazing. I was honestly wondering if it was even cleansing properly, but looking at how much clearer my skin became, it definitely has solid cleansing power. Even though it's pH-balanced on the acidic side, I picked it up because it promised deep cleansing, and I'm so impressed that I keep using it. It's a bit pricey, but once you try it, you'll understand what I mean. This cleanser really shows its true value when your skin barrier is weakened. I use it for my morning cleanse. I love how effective this cleanser is while still being gentle on my skin. It removes all traces of makeup and impurities without leaving any residue behind. This is my first cleansing foam that doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing. Even in extremely dry weather, it didn't feel uncomfortable or stripped, which was wonderful. Since it doesn't tighten the skin, I've noticed that even when I apply the same amount of moisturizer, I get less excess oil buildup. I'd definitely keep using this product if it didn't cause any breakouts.. I experienced breakouts.. Since the blemishes appeared mainly in my oily areas, it seems like the cleansing isn't thorough enough. I struggled with this for over a week.. The pH level shows around 3.5, and most gentle acidic cleansers nowadays have a pH of at least 4 or higher, so it's worth keeping that in mind. It's definitely a solid choice for morning cleansing, but I can't help feeling like it's almost too good to use just for that. It seems wasteful to reserve it only for my morning routine. The product itself is really impressive. It creates a nice, rich lather and while it's pH-balanced, there's no uncomfortable tight feeling after washing. My skin doesn't feel slippery or stripped afterward either. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and never dry. That said, I wasn't confident using it as a second cleanse, so I ended up putting it aside after a few tries. Honestly, my mom gets way more use out of it than I do. The price is steep. This cleanser is reliable and does exactly what it promises. The lather is rich and luxurious, and I absolutely love the scent. Plus, the packaging is gorgeous—it looks so elegant on my bathroom counter. If you have sensitive skin like mine, this might be a bit much. On days when my skin is already irritated or reactive, using this seems to make things worse rather than better.

It's a solid choice that doesn't disappoint. According to the product description, it's a pH-balanced cleanser, and I have to say it addresses many of the drawbacks I typically find frustrating with pH-balanced formulas. You know how a lot of pH-balanced cleansers feel too thin and don't clean effectively? Since I have oily skin, those types leave my sebum feeling not quite clean, which actually triggers more breakouts. But this one has surprisingly strong cleansing power. It rinses away cleanly and thoroughly, and the lather is rich and luxurious. What I think a lot of people will really appreciate is that while it cleanses beautifully, it doesn't leave that tight, squeaky-clean feeling. Instead, it feels hydrating and comfortable. Even people with dry skin can use it without experiencing that uncomfortable pulling sensation. I use it both morning and night—in the morning for a quick cleanse, and at night after using cleansing pads as a second cleanse. The scent has herbal notes, and I know some people aren't fans of it. But personally, I love it because it's not overly sweet or artificial-smelling. If I were to buy the full-size version, the price feels a bit steep. There are so many brands out there offering foam cleansers at much more affordable price points these days.
