This toner has a really hydrating feel, but it absorbs gradually so it leaves your skin feeling clean and fresh. I found that applying the serum on top worked wonderfully. It definitely moisturizes, but the finish is so clean that I could even use it before makeup. My skin looked dewy and felt so hydrated! Since this contains fermented ingredients, I think you really need to do a patch test first!
