I purchased this because the product description explained that the retinol plumping technology maintains hydrated, voluminous cheeks. When I first applied it, I was surprised by the tingling sensation, but since most plumping products create that feeling, I figured it was normal. The tingling faded quickly after a few minutes. The applicator has a flexible silicone tip that dispenses just the right amount, making it really easy to apply. I've been using it during the dry season, and it does a wonderful job of keeping my skin moisturized. The shade is rosy, but on my pigmented lips, it doesn't deliver that fresh, flushed color I was hoping for, which was a bit disappointing. I purchased the rosy shade, but I think the clear version would be more convenient to use. However, when I try to line my lips all the way to the edges, it tends to feather quite a bit. I applied it a bit thickly, and I can feel a slight minty cooling sensation, but there's absolutely no pain or discomfort! Even though my lips are naturally quite dark, the color shows up beautifully when I apply it, and I'm so satisfied. I've applied this about three times from morning to evening, and honestly, even without reapplying, the color stays on my lips like a stain, so I can keep that gorgeous shade all day long. The reason I kept reapplying was because while the color holds up over time, the glossy shine doesn't stay as vibrant as in the photos, so I was just touching it up for that extra shine—it's not that the staying power is weak! Oh, and the applicator on this product is different from other tints. Instead of a brush, it has this rubber-like tip that you use to apply the product. The rubber head moves so smoothly depending on how I control it, making it super easy and enjoyable to apply! I'm really satisfied! I'm definitely repurchasing this—100 percent. It's about 6:30 PM right now, and I looked in the mirror and was shocked because I have naturally lined lips, but I can barely see any lines on them now! I'm not sure if it's because of the retinol or other ingredients in this product, but this is definitely one of the things I'm most happy about! My lips look so beautiful that it makes me happy. It looks pretty even without any other makeup, and since my skin tone is around a deep shade, I don't think it'll clash with warm or cool undertones, and it seems like a color that works really well with darker skin like mine! Everyone should get this! This lip product feels incredibly hydrating and plumping - my lips look so full and dewy! My lips feel so hydrated and moisturized. I used to have constantly dry lips, but after using this, they stay soft and don't crack anymore. After using it for a while, the product starts to leak slightly outside of the case.
