The taste isn't overwhelming, and the small size makes it really easy to take. Plus, it looks absolutely adorable! I haven't noticed much of a difference yet. I love how compact this is! Other omega-3 supplements are so bulky and awkward to swallow, but this one goes down so smoothly. I haven't been taking it long enough to see major results yet, so I can't speak to its full effectiveness. The only positive thing I can say is that the capsules are small and easy to swallow. - I bought this because it's supposed to be enteric-coated, but every time I take it, I get a strong fishy smell coming up (same result whether I take it before meals, after meals, or on an empty stomach) - The amount of active ingredients doesn't match the price point I really tried to avoid that fishy aftertaste, but nothing worked. Among the enteric-coated omega supplements I've tried, ProMega had the strongest fishy smell by far. I'd only recommend this to people who really prefer smaller capsules.

I really appreciate that the capsules are smaller compared to other omega products The price is a bit steep for me. I wish it were more affordable

Whenever my legs feel heavy or sluggish, taking this consistently for just a couple of days makes a noticeable difference. I can definitely feel the improvement in how my blood flows. I really appreciate that each capsule comes individually wrapped for hygiene. The small size makes it easy to swallow. Each capsule contains 520mg total, with 300mg of combined DHA and EPA. Many people mistakenly think it's 600mg per capsule, but you actually get 600mg when you take two capsules. So one box of 60 capsules gives you a full month's supply at two capsules daily. However, taking just one capsule daily for 300mg of DHA and EPA isn't really a meaningful dose. When you look at it that way, the price doesn't seem particularly affordable for such a modest amount. Since each Omega-3 capsule contains only 300mg of combined DHA and EPA, taking one capsule gives you 300mg and two capsules give you 600mg. The advertising should be crystal clear about this, but instead it feels misleading. I notice many people mistakenly believe one capsule delivers 600mg of DHA and EPA, which suggests the labeling is confusing. The celebrity endorser aside, wouldn't consumers prefer if the brand reduced marketing expenses, increased the active ingredient content, and lowered the price? Even taking two capsules only gives you 600mg of combined DHA and EPA, so the potency isn't particularly high, and the price isn't especially competitive either. I'd recommend looking for a product that offers better value for your money.
