I love that I can get both omega-3 and vitamin D in one go - it's so convenient. Most supplements let you take just one pill and you're done, but this one requires two pills. I received this as a gift and loved it so much that I keep using it regularly. My eyes get really dry when fall transitions into winter (it's been 15 years since my LASIK surgery), and I've noticed this product really helps with that dryness. I'm committed to taking it consistently now. I honestly can't think of any real drawbacks. The smell isn't overpowering at all, and the size is easy to swallow without any trouble.

I tried this popular product after seeing the ads, and I really appreciate that each dose comes individually wrapped for convenience. The vitamin D content isn't as high as I'd hoped, so you'll need to get your vitamin D from other sources as well.
