Since I had such great results with the Dual formula, I was excited to try the Triple version hoping it would be even better. I was really pleased that it doesn't have that typical fishy aftertaste you usually get with omega-3 supplements. The Triple capsules are noticeably larger than the Dual ones, which made them harder to swallow. The Omega-3 Truffle is an enhanced version of their basic circulation-support omega-3 supplement, with added benefits for eye health and memory support. You need to take 2 capsules once daily, which is especially helpful for people with irregular eating habits. While the main benefit is circulation support so I can't say I noticed dramatic results, I felt good knowing I was taking care of my health and made it part of my routine. The fishy taste that usually comes with omega-3 is barely noticeable here. Compared to other products, this one has much less of that flavor, which I really appreciate.
