For an omega-3 supplement, the capsule size is surprisingly compact, which I appreciate. Plus, the price point really works for my budget. There's definitely a noticeable smell to it. To be honest, unless I were visiting my doctor regularly, I wouldn't really know if it's actually working for me. The price is reasonable and the ingredients seem solid. After taking it, I noticed it helped a bit with my blood circulation.
