I bought this Omega-3 supplement with my own money and here's what I think. My health hasn't been great lately, so I started taking various nutritional supplements. I've been taking it for just over 2 months now. You're supposed to take 2 capsules with water after meals. I take mine after dinner. As for whether it's actually working, I honestly can't tell yet. The packaging says it improves dry eyes in big letters, but I'm not seeing any real results. My dry eye symptoms have actually gotten worse lately. Take once or twice daily. The capsule size is surprisingly small for an omega-3 supplement, making it really easy to swallow. I used to order the larger Now Foods version directly, but it was honestly way too big. So I tried this smaller size instead, and it's so much more convenient to use! I haven't discovered any major drawbacks so far! It comes as individual supplement packets, which is pretty standard. You can easily adjust how much you take depending on what you eat that day.
