Since you shave it down as you use it, it's so convenient and hygienic. The dual-cleansing action means no more hassle, and the makeup removal is so thorough that taking off my makeup has become effortless these days. I'm not sure if I'd call it a scent or a fragrance, but it's not really a pleasant smell in my opinion. If you do your makeup all the way down to your neck, I'd suggest shaving off a bit and cleansing your neck first, then working your way up to your face. No need for a spatula since it comes pre-ground and ready to use—super convenient! The texture is smooth and the cleansing power is solid. The only thing is that it doesn't remove mascara completely, so a second cleanse is definitely necessary. When I used it, it cleansed gently without any irritation, and even after doing a double cleanse, my skin didn't feel dry at all. Unlike a cleansing oil, it doesn't remove mascara effectively. The cleansing power is really impressive - when I massage it thoroughly with my hands, it removes pretty much all my makeup effortlessly. I'd recommend following up with a cleansing tissue around the eye area for extra thoroughness though. I was expecting the balm formula to feel quite firm, but it's actually surprisingly smooth and melts beautifully with just the warmth of your hands. My only downside is that the scent of this cleansing balm is quite strong for my personal preference, which made me hesitant to use it regularly.

I absolutely love how effectively this removes makeup! I've never tried a cleansing balm before, but I'm really impressed with how well it works. That said, I personally prefer that squeaky-clean, tight feeling after cleansing, and this doesn't quite give me that finish. With cleansing balms like this one, you usually have to scoop them out with a spoon or your fingers, which can be pretty annoying. But this one is so convenient - you just twist and the product comes right out! It makes application so much easier and more enjoyable. As a cleansing balm, this is really excellent. While the cleansing power is a bit underwhelming, as an emulsifying product it's genuinely impressive. Compared to other products, it's definitely more convenient to use. The twist-up design is unique and fun compared to other options. Since you can use it without a spatula, it's hygienic and really nice. In these aspects, it's truly a great product. It really stings when it gets in your eyes. Compared to other cleansing products, it feels about twice as irritating. When it comes to makeup removal, it's a bit challenging to remove eye makeup. It does a good job removing face makeup, but eyeliner and mascara (Kissme brand) seem a bit difficult to take off. I've been using this since May 2025 and I'm still going strong. Cleansing power: It does the job really well! It cleanses just like a typical cleansing balm should, and my skin feels hydrated and comfortable afterward with no tightness. Texture: It's a thick, creamy formula with a blue tint. I was surprised at first because it felt stickier than my previous product, but once I add water and emulsify it, the texture becomes silky smooth. What I loved: The packaging is fantastic. Honestly, the container design was the main reason I bought this in the first place. It has a twist-up mechanism that dispenses the product like a pencil sharpener, which means I can use it economically for a long time and it's incredibly hygienic. It's moisturizing and gentle, making it suitable for all skin types! Typically, you're supposed to apply a cleansing balm to a completely dry face, right? But this formula is quite thick and sticky, so it goes on a bit stiff and doesn't spread as smoothly as I'd like. Other than that minor issue, it's pretty good.
