Thanks to the biotin, my hair feels thicker, softer, and incredibly silky. I'm even noticing new hair growth! The shampoo smells amazing and lathers beautifully. The image quality isn't great since I took a screenshot from a video, but I have to say my hair texture has improved so much. It works even better when I use it together with hair oil and hair essence.
