I usually rotate through several creams and use a different one each day, but when I'm using this one, I set aside all the others and stick with just this. Despite having a fragrance, it works amazingly well with my extremely sensitive skin. This product truly calms inflamed or irritated skin, and I haven't experienced a single breakout since using it. I have combination and sensitive skin, and after cleansing, I need to use a moisturizing cream to combat tightness. This product feels so hydrating that I use it constantly, and I love that it doesn't cause any breakouts. When my skin feels really tight, I find myself applying it repeatedly, which means the product runs out quickly. The product description mentions a strong fragrance, but my sister sends it to me from Germany regularly, and honestly, the scent isn't that intense. I'm not sure if they make a lighter version for export markets, but I wouldn't expect them to adjust the fragrance just for that. It might just come down to personal preference. I was genuinely impressed by how well this moisturizes and soothes my skin. To be honest, the hydration is even better than Physiogel's dry skin cream. As someone with extremely sensitive skin who's prone to inflammatory breakouts, I felt confident using this product and it worked wonderfully for me. I'm wondering if the fragrance really needed to be this strong. I understand that European consumers tend to prefer scented products, so I can't complain too much about it.
