I have oily scalp and was dealing with itchiness and flaking, so I started using this. Since it's pH-balanced, my scalp feels so much more comfortable now. I haven't experienced any issues with it so far, so I'm using it regularly. I'm satisfied with how it's working. The lather is amazing and my scalp flaking and itchiness have really cleared up. I honestly can't use anything else now! Such an incredible product, just wish it wasn't so pricey. I've heard some people mention the scent isn't their favorite, and I get it, it does have a medicinal vibe to it. I've been using this product for about 7 years after getting a recommendation for my oily scalp issues. The results show up after just a few uses, though I've noticed my scalp starts itching a bit sooner these days—I think I might have built up some tolerance to it. I don't have any complaints about using it! That said, after checking the ingredients, I wish it were a bit gentler since it's not as mild as I'd hoped. My elementary school child had a flaky scalp issue, and even after washing their hair, they'd get itchy quickly with lots of dandruff. I decided to give this a try, and I'm really pleased with the results - the itching is noticeably less intense and the dandruff is much more under control. I'm also reassured by the ingredient list, which looks solid. When I moved to a new area, I developed scalp seborrheic dermatitis. I used an expensive medicated shampoo from the dermatologist for a whole year with no results, but after just one month of using the product recommended on Twitter, my scalp completely cleared up! I'm so relieved. It's much more affordable than the clinical shampoo and comes in a larger size, which is fantastic. My hair feels stiff and dry, so I absolutely need to use a conditioner or treatment mask every time. I read that using it too frequently isn't ideal, so now I'm using it just once every two days instead.

I've spent a fortune on shampoos trying to manage my oily, flaky scalp, but something changed after I started using this. The flaking and itching completely disappeared. I used to get frustrated with highly-rated shampoos because the irritation would come back within a week, but I've been using this for a year now without any issues. The flaking hasn't returned once. I finally found my holy grail shampoo! If anyone else is struggling with this, I'd definitely recommend getting the smaller size first to test it out. The scent isn't my favorite, though I have to admit the value for money is solid. If you don't have an oily, flaky scalp condition, the fragrance and overall formula probably won't be as appealing to you. Don't skip this brand just because it's not a household name—I really encourage you to give it a try. I've dealt with oily, flaky scalp issues for so long that I know the struggle firsthand, which is why I'm leaving this review. That said, I should mention that other products from this brand didn't work as well for me personally.
