This product really helps combat that dry, tight feeling your face gets during winter, and it leaves your complexion looking noticeably brighter and more radiant. The texture is a bit too sticky and tacky for my liking, which is disappointing. That said, it absorbs quickly when I apply it to my hands and body. - ok*******Da khôDa mụnĐược đề xuất17/02/2025 (UTC+0)
I decided to buy this product because it contains urea, an ingredient I trust, and it's sold at dm in Germany, which gave me confidence in the quality. The texture feels much stickier compared to regular emulsions or creams, and it requires a lot of tapping to absorb properly into the skin. Given how much effort that takes, I'm not entirely convinced it delivers significantly better results for my complexion, so I'm hesitant about repurchasing. When I apply it with just my hands, it tends to sit on the surface, so I use a beauty device to help it absorb better into my skin.
du********Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmĐược đề xuất28/12/2021 (UTC+0)Purchased with my own money My face tends to be dry in many areas, and my body is the same way—my arms and legs get really flaky and rough, almost like scales or goosebumps. Even during hot summers, I have to apply aloe gel or a lightweight moisturizer after showering because my skin is just naturally that parched. Winter makes it even worse, so I layer body moisturizer with cream or oil to really lock in hydration. Since I struggle with severe dryness and itching, this seemed like it could be perfect for sensitive, irritation-prone skin, so I decided to give it a try. Container It comes in a standard plastic tube that you squeeze to dispense the product. The cap twists open and closed. Price I picked up two 200ml tubes from a warehouse club for about 29 dollars. The regular price listed is around 22 dollars per 200ml tube. Since I bought it from a big-box retailer, I got a larger quantity at a better price. Since this product contains 10% urea, it's positioned at a higher price point compared to standard moisturizers when you factor in the amount you get. I'd recommend waiting for sales or promotions on the official website to snag a better deal. Scent The fragrance isn't overpowering, though it has a subtle powdery quality that's hard to pin down exactly. I usually prefer unscented products these days, but this smell isn't off-putting at all—it works fine for me. Texture and Feel Even though it's a moisturizer, it has a fairly rich consistency. The best time to apply it is right after showering when your skin still has some moisture on it. If you apply it to completely dry skin, it feels thick and doesn't spread as smoothly. I typically apply a hydrating moisturizer all over first, then layer this on extra-dry spots like my arms and legs. The urea ingredient gently dissolves dead skin cells while acting as a natural humectant. Urea is actually the fourth ingredient listed on the label. That said, too high a concentration isn't ideal—10% is considered appropriate for body products, while 5% is better for facial use. The more dehydrated your skin is, the more flaking and itching you'll experience, so applying this to severely dry areas really helps. When you first apply it, you'll see a nice shine as it absorbs, and once it sets, your skin feels incredibly soft. After it fully absorbs, there's no sticky residue. If dry patches appear on your feet, heels, or calves, applying this smooths everything out beautifully. It's wonderful for severe dryness, sensitive skin conditions, and areas prone to flaking. To test how long the hydration lasts, I ran water over my skin and watched the droplets bead up. The Downsides The consistency is quite thick, so it's not ideal to use it alone—you really need to apply it to damp skin or layer it over other products for better spreadability. Some people with sensitive skin might react to certain ingredients, so I'd recommend doing a patch test before committing to a full purchase. The container isn't a pump dispenser, which makes it inconvenient to use. Since you have to squeeze it out, the middle of the tube gets pushed in, and you end up having to tap the bottom repeatedly to get the product out—that's definitely frustrating. You really need to apply this to skin that has some moisture or dampness on it for the best spreadability. Layering it over a hydrating moisturizer first makes it feel much less heavy and stiff.
