This gel cleanser creates the most amazing lather among all the gel types I've tried, and the cleansing power is so effective that you don't even need a double cleanse. I really recommend it for anyone with oily skin! I was really worried when I suddenly broke out, but this cleanser has calmed my skin down so much. Even though it's pricey, I think it's worth investing in. It seemed a bit gentle on its own, but when I did a second cleanse with a cleansing oil, it ended up irritating my face. First off, the scent is lovely. It doesn't lather much, which might be because it's pH-balanced, but once I rinse it all away, my skin feels thoroughly cleansed. It doesn't leave that squeaky-clean feeling, and there's no greasy residue or sense of incomplete cleansing—I really appreciate that. I have acne-prone skin, and honestly, I didn't notice any real improvement in my breakouts. This is a gel cleanser with a lovely herbal scent. Honestly, I mainly use it for my morning cleanse or when I need a quick, simple wash. My face doesn't feel tight afterward, and I appreciate that it still gives me a thorough cleanse even when I'm in a rush. The lather is surprisingly rich, and after using it, my skin feels noticeably calmer and more settled. Since it's a department store product, the price is definitely on the higher side, but when you consider what you're getting, it seems worth it. If you're willing to invest in quality skincare, you probably won't mind the cost. My only complaint is that the product name is quite a mouthful to remember.

I once tried a slightly acidic product that completely threw my skin off balance, so after that I stuck with tight, squeaky cleansers. But I decided to give this one a shot based on a recommendation, and I'm really happy with it. It leaves my skin feeling clean without any dryness, and it doesn't feel slippery either, which I love. The bottle looks small, but it actually lasts quite a while. This is definitely a product I can use all year round, no matter the season. It doesn't create a lot of lather, but honestly you get used to that pretty quickly. When I do my first cleanse with oil, I'll switch to something with more of that squeaky-clean feel, but I mainly use this one in the morning. The ingredient list isn't ideal, so I'm running low and don't think I'll repurchase. That said, it's the kind of product I'll probably think about again later. The scent and how it feels on my skin are both nice, and I haven't had any breakouts from it. Since it doesn't lather up easily, I do need to work it a bit with my hands to get it going. Skin Type: Sensitive (redness), combination (oily T-zone), pre-menstrual breakouts I notice my breakouts appear mainly along my jawline, near my ears, and between my brows, but rarely on the front of my cheeks (interesting!) Even though I don't get severe acne, I'm constantly dealing with a few blemishes, so I'm really sensitive to acne and blemish products. Plus, I'm terrified of scarring, so I never squeeze them. That's why I'm obsessed with cleansing. So here's why I love this! - Fast results for acne-prone skin This cleansing gel works perfectly for my acne-prone skin. It's genuinely effective for problem skin. The foam is absolutely incredible - just one pump creates so much lather that you don't even need a foaming net. It's like having a built-in foam maker. - The scent is everything I'm usually worried about fragrance, but I absolutely adore how this smells. Everyone's talking about weakly acidic cleansers these days, but this isn't one. However, it leaves my skin feeling just as smooth after cleansing - no tightness at all. I'm currently using two other weakly acidic foam cleansers: Real Barrier Control T Cleansing Foam and Round A Round Green Tea Foam. Both are fine, but Real Barrier doesn't seem to work as well for me, so I'm planning to use it more to see. This product has 10 potentially irritating ingredients combined, but it delivers great results despite that. You just need to use it consistently and patiently to see the benefits. - The ingredients No matter how minimal the formula is or how carefully they've limited irritating components, problematic ingredients are still problematic. When I first found out about these ingredients, I was shocked and felt betrayed, so I actually filed a complaint with Sisley. I thought Sisley had zero concerning ingredients. I used to use almost all Sisley products - cleansers, emulsions, creams, sunscreen, body cream, shower gel, you name it. Now I'm much more selective about ingredients. - The texture It feels slippery. You really need to rinse thoroughly. - The pump design is disappointing When I pump, the product keeps getting sucked back into the bottle. These days, I'm more ingredient-conscious, so I compare products on beauty apps even if they're affordable. I used to think cheaper products were automatically bad, but I've completely changed my mindset. What works for my skin is what matters most. (Being able to quickly check concerning ingredients on beauty apps means brands are probably getting nervous. I've noticed even Sisley is improving their formulas - starting with their Velvet Cream line, they seem to be removing problematic ingredients. Just my personal observation.) One pump gives you an incredibly generous amount. If you have naturally clear skin, you might not notice much difference. This product isn't designed for you. You really need to be dealing with acne concerns to appreciate what it does.

It leaves my complexion so smooth and refined, and I can really see the texture improvement. I dropped it once and it shattered immediately... Sisley really needs to invest more in protective packaging. It's so disappointing. Even though this product is formulated for blemish-prone skin, it works beautifully on my entire face. It's so gentle and never leaves my skin feeling dry or stripped. 1. Skin Type: I frequently experience pustular breakouts on my forehead and cheeks, with an oily T-zone and dehydrated oily skin in the U-zone. However, since this cleanser doesn't aggressively strip away oils during cleansing, if you don't have extremely dry skin, it should work well for you. 2. Cleansing Power: While it doesn't produce a lot of lather, it cleanses thoroughly and effectively. Most importantly, the frequency and severity of my pustular breakouts have decreased significantly. This product really opened my eyes to how much a good cleanser matters. The only thing I wish were different is that it doesn't create a lot of foam! It feels like it's not washing away, but everything gets completely cleansed! I use a brush to create a rich lather, and when I cleanse thoroughly, the makeup removal is fantastic. Even after rinsing post-cleanse, my skin feels incredibly hydrated and moisturized. I used to have bumpy, congested skin, and it's actually improving! I honestly can't think of any downsides! I'm really happy using this product! Make sure your hands are completely clean and dry before you start - wash them with soap and dry them thoroughly before dispensing the product to create a good lather. If there's any residue or moisture on your hands, the foam won't form as well. Using a brush to work up the lather and cleansing every corner of your face really makes a difference in how effective it is! Since I've been doing this every evening during my cleansing routine, I've noticed my skin has genuinely improved!
