You only need to take one, which makes it so convenient. I've heard it has a higher concentration than actual fruit apples. The pill is bigger than I expected. You only need to take one capsule daily, and the individual packaging makes it super convenient to carry with you wherever you go. I bought this after seeing it on a home shopping channel. I really appreciated that it didn't cause any stomach upset or other side effects. Honestly, I've been taking several different diet and wellness supplements at the same time, so I can't really tell which one is actually making the difference. It's hard to know what's actually working!

I really love this! After eating too much, I take it before bed and wake up the next day feeling great with smooth digestion. I'm always on the hunt for products with garcinia or green tea catechins these days, and I especially gravitate toward anything with that fresh green apple note. There's nothing I'd complain about, but I'd be thrilled if you offered discounts more frequently.
