The shimmer effect is absolutely stunning the moment you apply it, and it works beautifully on the inner corner of the eye! The pearl finish in this Stila product is absolutely stunning - it's genuinely one of my top 3 favorites from the brand. Please give it a try, you won't regret it! This is absolutely gorgeous! I actually think it's prettier than the famous Kitten Karma. It has this pink base with what looks like gold pearl shimmer (honestly, I'm not totally sure what it is, haha), and compared to Kitten Karma, the shade feels so much cooler and fresher. Plus, the base color has this nice depth to it, so I find myself reaching for it way more often. The applicator is pretty useless. It's way too expensive to buy on its own when there's no promotion going on. This is a pink pearl eyeshadow with a golden shimmer. I apply just a tiny bit on the inner corner of my eyes, and it looks so beautifully subtle and elegant. This shade really flatters warm undertones. The color combines multiple shades with an opal pearl effect, and the cool-toned pearl finish is absolutely perfect for my skin tone! I also love that the shimmer particles are finer compared to other glitters, making it ideal for everyday wear. It's such a beautiful pearl that doesn't feel heavy even on special occasions, and the generous amount is fantastic! The blunt brush tip made it tricky to control the amount of product, which was disappointing. It also dries quickly, so I have to make sure the cap is sealed tightly or it'll harden. For glitters with a blunt brush, try dabbing it onto a cotton swab first to dispense just the right amount, then apply a small quantity to your eyelid. This makes it much easier to control how much product you're using!

My under-eye area looks so beautifully pink, and since the shimmer is somewhere between gold and silver, it works great whether you have warm or cool undertones. Kitten Karma gets all the hype, but honestly, this one is so much better for everyday wear. I switched over from using 3CE Ice Witch, and I'm really happy with the change. The applicator tip is pretty plump, so I have to dab some product on the back of my hand first and then apply it with a brush, which makes it a bit tricky to control the amount. Also, the shimmer particles are smaller compared to Kitten Karma, so it's not quite as dramatic or eye-catching. It has more of a subtle shimmer vibe. Coming from using something like Ice Witch with bigger sparkle particles, this feels a little less impactful. I'd recommend using a small, firm angled brush or lip brush from the drugstore to apply it. It makes the application so much smoother and easier to work with.
