I absolutely love this pearl shadow with its vibrant, striking color payoff. It's amazing for adding that perfect pop of definition to my eye area. Honestly, I haven't found another eyeshadow that delivers such a unique, standout color like this one does. Fair warning though - this product is quite generous with its application, so you really need to use just a tiny amount. A little goes a long way! I used to wear Stila's liquid formula, but I switched to the stick version and I'm so glad I did. With the liquid, it would smudge into my eyes and didn't adhere well right away. This stick is amazing because I can apply it exactly where I want it with one smooth swipe, and my makeup is ready to go instantly. Plus, the shimmer under my eyes has that signature Stila glow that I love. The price is really steep. The shimmer is absolutely stunning, just as you'd expect from Stila. Compared to Stila's liquid glitter, this offers incredible value for money and lasts such a long time. The Kitten shade is so popular for a reason—even the stick formula has the most gorgeous pearl finish. I love adding a pop of color to my inner corner, so I'm currently using both the Kitten and Rose Gold shades. Since this is a lip and cheek stick, it tends to smudge quite a bit when applied to the inner corner. When paired with black eyeliner, it can easily create that unwanted panda eye effect. To prevent the smudging, I use eyeshadow or powder on top to set it. I also find that blending it out with a brush and pressing it in helps reduce the transfer significantly.

It's so quick and convenient to apply, and I can wear it practically anywhere without worrying about the occasion or setting. I'm genuinely obsessed! The particle size under my eyes is just right, and the shimmer is perfectly balanced. It's gorgeous without being over the top for everyday wear, but it's also not so subtle that it disappears. It's absolutely perfect. I used to be completely devoted to Stila's liquid glitter in Kitten. Kitten Karma was the famous one, but I was actually obsessed with the more shimmery Kitten version, and unfortunately they discontinued it. My old one even dried out. Then I discovered this product comes in a stick form with the Kitten color, so I decided to give it a try despite my disappointment, and wow, it's absolutely beautiful and so convenient! When I compare it to my old Stila liquid glitter in Kitten, they're almost identical! There's only a tiny difference in the pink pearl ratio, but honestly, to the naked eye they look exactly the same. Since this comes in stick form, it's actually way more convenient, which makes it even better. The original Stila liquid glitter really required me to use it specifically with the Lamuke eyebrush 01 to get the best results. But with this stick, I can just swipe it directly on and get the exact same finish, which is so much easier and I love it! I always had to use a separate brush, clean it regularly, and pack the brush separately when traveling or for touch-ups. It was definitely a hassle. But with this, I just grab the stick and apply it straight from the tube, which is so much more convenient and faster. It's perfect for travel or keeping in my bag for touch-ups! Since it's just a thin stick and not liquid, it's lightweight and takes up barely any space. And the wear time is actually great too! It lasts just as long as the liquid version. Sure, it doesn't have the extreme staying power of something like 3CE's glitter, but it has the perfect amount of longevity for everyday wear without any issues. When I apply it to my under-eye area, it looks absolutely gorgeous and works beautifully with any makeup look. It also looks stunning when I apply it gently to my inner corner, and it's equally pretty on my eyelid center. Honestly, anywhere I put glitter on my eye looks beautiful and applies smoothly. Most products only work well on the under-eye area, but this one looks amazing on the inner corner and eyelid center too! When I first used it, the stick didn't retract all the way, so it sticks out a bit at the top. You need to be careful when closing the cap! The beige tone with silver pearl shimmer is absolutely gorgeous! What I love most is how Stila's signature bold, sparkling pearls blend together perfectly. When I apply it to my under-eye area, it looks so beautiful and flattering. I usually wear a domestic brand where the shimmer applies subtly and softly, but when I tried this one, the shimmer went on so intensely and densely that my makeup looked like stage makeup—it was a bit much. Shimmer should be delicate to look refined, but this one applies so heavily packed that you really need to dab it on sparingly and then blend it out to make it look natural.

I absolutely love how I can enjoy Kitten's gorgeous shimmer for such a long time! I used to use Kitten Karma's famous glitter liquid, but it would harden so quickly that even though it seemed like there was plenty left, I'd have to throw it away. This stick formula doesn't harden at all, lasts forever, and is so easy to apply. I was honestly wondering why this isn't more popular! The shimmer might be slightly less intense than the liquid version, but I prefer the convenience and longevity of this stick so much that I think I'll stick with it going forward! I wish there were more shade options available. It would also be great if it came in a thinner application formula.

When I swatched it on the back of my hand, the color looked quite intense, but once I applied it to my eyelids, it appeared much more subtle. The gold shimmer also feels less prominent on the eyes compared to the hand swatch. At first, I was worried the gold would be too strong for my cool undertone, but when I actually tried it on my lids, the apricot really came through beautifully, and I loved it. I think it's especially flattering for warm undertones, but cool undertones can absolutely wear it too without any hesitation. Most people will find this shade works wonderfully for them. The key is controlling how much you use. Don't apply too much at once. Start with a small amount and blend it out with your fingers. Personally, I loved using this most on my under-eye area rather than as a traditional eyeshadow or blush. When applying to the under-eye, don't swipe it on. Instead, gently tap a tiny bit in the center and blend it out with your fingers. This way, it's not overdone and gives you just the right amount of sparkle that looks absolutely gorgeous. Stila really knows how to create beautiful shimmer. The way the pearls catch the light so naturally and subtly without being overwhelming is just stunning. It's perfect for everyday wear. One thing to be careful about is that the stick is softer than you might expect, so you'll need to handle it gently during application.
