It applies more as a pink rather than the red I was expecting. It has a beautiful shine and adheres smoothly to my lips with a nice sticky feel. I really like it! It's a vegan lip balm, but the packaging is way too excessive, haha

The color is so vibrant that you'd expect the scent to be strong, but surprise—it's actually fragrance-free! For someone like me who prefers to avoid artificial scents and wears lip balm throughout the day, both my lips and nose feel completely comfortable. The formula is wonderfully smooth and hydrating with a slightly translucent finish. It glides on beautifully without clumping or settling into fine lines. Some lip balms get sticky and uncomfortable in summer because of their oily texture, but this one is different. With plant-based vegan oils, it doesn't feel heavy or waxy. Instead, it absorbs into your lips and skin, delivering a dewy, moisture-rich feel. I'm someone who deals with dry lips year-round, and this balm actually made me forget about flakiness for a while. The balance between hydration and moisture is absolutely perfect. The color is a gorgeous transparent, water-tinted red—like a freshly washed apple or cherry. As someone with deep undertones, red shades can be tricky, but this pure red works beautifully without leaning warm or cool. It's truly a universal-tone lip balm! With masks being necessary these days, this shade makes my lips look naturally beautiful and enhanced, so I find myself reaching for it constantly. The scent is nearly nonexistent, and while it has French vegan certification, the colorants and additives are somewhat higher than I'd like. I wish the ingredient list were cleaner. It's impressive that this brand manages to avoid animal-derived ingredients and animal testing—that's genuinely difficult to achieve. Seeing excessive packaging and plastic cases often makes me feel guilty as a consumer, but using a vegan product definitely eases that conscience. I'm all about supporting ethical beauty.
