There's no flaking or texture showing through, so I can just swipe it on even when my lips aren't in the best condition and it still looks great! I also love that the color is unique and really pretty. Unlike other tints, once this one fully sets, it feels like it's just sitting on top of my lips rather than blending in, which is frustrating. Plus, the cap is so tight that I have to twist it forever to get it open. It might seem like a small thing, but it's actually really annoying. And here's the worst part—the scent is just not it for me. I already don't love this type of fragrance, and the fact that it's so strong makes it feel overwhelming and heavy. The color itself is pretty, but honestly, I already have several tints in similar shades, and the staying power isn't great anyway, so I've moved on to other products. I just don't reach for this one anymore. I've heard some people say they love the scent, so I guess it really comes down to personal preference. Since the fragrance is quite strong, if you're sensitive to scents like I am, it might be worth keeping that in mind before trying it.

It applies with a gorgeous dewy, luminous finish—not matte or velvety at all—and then it sets beautifully without any transfer or smudging. Looking at the color payoff, I was expecting more purple tones, but it's actually the perfect plum shade, just like a ripe European plum! I'm really impressed with this product! The taste is a bit bitter, and after application, there's a slight burning sensation. It's not terribly uncomfortable, but this is my first time experiencing this with a tint, so I was caught off guard. I also have to dispense quite a bit more product from the container than expected, which is inconvenient. The applicator tip doesn't glide on smoothly, so I end up having to use my fingers to blend it out. Brands like 3CE, Weme, Etude, and Amuse have released so many tints in this formula lately, and Amuse feels the most similar to me? It has more of a watery tint vibe than that, and the blurring effect like a veil is absolutely gorgeous. Plum Fog is exactly the cool-toned color I expected it to be. There's definitely a delicate misty quality to the plum shade! It feels similar to Double Wind but somehow more vibrant and less purple? I think? It's incredibly lightweight, so even applying it with a full lip doesn't look odd at all, and I love how it even helps define the lip line! I don't really notice any dryness, and there's no sticky feeling either. My first impression matched what I saw on Instagram and what I expected, but the more I use it, the more I'm obsessed! The color is absolutely gorgeous! This tint works beautifully for everyone with cool undertones, whether you're cool or deep cool. Plus, there's seriously zero transfer. It's the kind that dries on its own without needing to blot with tissue. The formula feels so smooth and comfortable too—it doesn't dry out your lips at all. It applies with such a soft, seamless finish. I even tried layering a lip balm on top and it still didn't budge. Wow! The fragrance is pretty strong. If you're sensitive to scents, you might not love it. Even though I'm not usually bothered by fragrance, I have to admit this one is noticeably intense. No special tricks needed here—it's genuinely a beautiful tint that looks great with just a simple swipe.
