The case color is a matte finish that beautifully reflects the soft lip expression, and since the color matches the lip shade, you can instantly distinguish the color at a glance. The case color also features a gradient from top to bottom, and it seems to capture that trendy watercolor-like aesthetic that's so popular right now. 【Applicator Tip】 What was interesting about the tip is that it's neither plump nor flat. It sits right in the middle between full and flat. The tip angle isn't completely perpendicular either, and it's not noticeably tilted, so the angle is perfectly balanced too! The tip applies color evenly and smoothly, doesn't irritate the lips, and I especially love how well it controls the amount of product. Perfect! 【Formula and Lip Expression】 True to its name, this is a water tint formula. It glides onto the lips with moisture and feels refreshing, then quickly sets to a smooth, powdery finish. The formula is lightweight, so your lips feel comfortable. There's minimal emphasis on dry patches. It sets beautifully on the lips with barely any transfer! Personally, the setting speed isn't slow, and there's plenty of time to create a gradient effect. Also, applying it with a brush definitely looks prettier than using your fingers. When you layer it, the formula builds color in layers. With one application, you get a fresh and natural look, and with two layers, the color deepens for a chic vibe. I love how versatile it is for creating different moods. However, there is a layering effect, so when you apply multiple coats, the thickness does increase a bit. 【Color: Rose Petal】 First off, Rose Petal has moderate saturation and overall has a strong soft feel. It doesn't clash with different skin tones. If soft colors suit you, you'll be able to wear this beautifully. If you love wearing multiple lip products together, this shade will be really useful for you. Whether you layer it with warm-toned or cool-toned colors on top, everything looks pretty and natural! When you apply two layers, the cool tone becomes more pronounced and the color deepens. It works great for adding a focal point to your lips too. 【Color Payoff and Longevity】 The color payoff isn't intense and the shade stays true to the original color. Even after eating, about 40 percent remains. There's no patchy fading, so your lip look stays clean and polished. With two layers, the color lasts even longer. Personally, the color stays better on the inner lip, but it doesn't fade only from the inside, which I really appreciated. 【Things to Check!】 1. Scent: It has a sweet floral fragrance, and the scent is quite strong. 2. Undertone: If you have a cool undertone that's very temperature-sensitive, it might pull warm on you. If you have a light skin tone, you might want to skip the double layer application. 3. When you apply more than one layer, there's sometimes a slight white cast that appears inside the lip area. If you wait a bit for it to set and then gently wipe away the white spots with your finger, it resolves itself. Since these weren't major drawbacks for me, I gave it a full 5-star rating. When looking at the photos, please refer to the relative color tone rather than trying to determine the exact shade from the image alone. - kc********Da khôDa nhạy cảmDa mụnĐược đề xuất20/10/2021 (UTC+0)
I love how it applies like a water tint at first, but then dries down to a gorgeous matte finish!! The only thing is, the transition to matte happens super fast - like lightning speed - so you really need quick hands to apply it beautifully before it sets Apply it thin and fast in quick strokes. If you load on too much product from the start, it'll harden right away!! I'd recommend building it up with thin layers instead for the best results
