I was really worried about gray hairs appearing along my part line. I color my hair about once every two months, but I can't do it more frequently than that. I've tried wax formulas, cushion types, nail polish-style applicators, and brush pen formats, but nothing compares to this. The L'Oreal spray has such a thin nozzle that it barely makes a difference. Since hardly anyone I know has discovered this product yet, I'll definitely keep using it.
Even when I shake it well, the formula is thin, so it either drips in little drops or sprays out like water everywhere. If I'm not careful, dark droplets land on my face like age spots, and they splatter all over the front of my clothes. I've had to wash and change my outfit several times before heading out because of this. Plus, when I try to remove it, I need to wipe it thoroughly with oil and shampoo. If I'm careless and just rinse it, the product stays trapped between my pores and leaves dark spots. That part is really frustrating.
If you wrap a towel around your neck and place tissues around your hairline before spraying, you'll get less splatter. If any gets on your hands or sink, don't rinse it with water first. Wipe it away with a tissue first, or it will smudge and be harder to remove.
