It's nice to use whenever I need a little pick-me-up. I'm not entirely sure if the vitamin C is actually doing its thing, but it works for me. If you really can't stand peanut-like scents, I'd have to say this might not be the best choice for you.

It seems fragrance-free, but there's a subtle, pleasant scent that doesn't bother me at all—it's really nice to use. When I applied it at the moisturizer step, it absorbed beautifully and left my skin feeling hydrated. The dark spots didn't disappear overnight, but I definitely noticed my complexion looking brighter and more radiant the more I used it. It's super convenient to use, and the packaging is so thoughtful and attractive—I absolutely love it.
