When you apply it like a candy coating, it gives you that gorgeous glossy finish. This tint is probably the one I've repurchased the most because the color is absolutely stunning. It feels so hydrating and moisturizing. The glossy finish is perfect for spring and summer application. The staying power isn't as long-lasting as I'd hoped. Since I have deeper skin tones, this shade doesn't seem to complement my complexion as well as I'd like.

Because this tint is so hydrating, the staying power isn't the strongest. This tint has a gorgeous glassy, dewy finish that feels incredibly hydrating. The color payoff is surprisingly rich for something so sheer and transparent. Here's the thing though—it starts off looking subtle, but the color really deepens and intensifies after a few minutes, which is kind of amazing! So you'll definitely want to build it up gradually and test as you go. Seriously, don't apply too much right from the start or you might end up with more color than you bargained for. If you were sad about the discontinued Two Cool For You check tint disappearing, this isn't exactly the same, but it's pretty darn close and I think you'd really love it. There's nothing really wrong with it, but I've seen a lot of reviews mentioning that it can be a bit patchy or uneven. Now that I think about it, it does remind me of that old Two Cool For You check tint formula, and honestly, that one had the same issue with patchiness too. So you'll want to be careful and take your time applying it. I picked up both shade 2 and shade 5, and I'd recommend both for deep undertones. At first I thought shade 2 was better, but it has a slightly orange cast to it, so shade 5 might actually be the winner—though they're both gorgeous honestly. If you're someone who can't stand even a hint of orange, definitely skip shade 2. Shade 5 might feel just a touch lighter than expected for deep undertones, but it still looks really flattering and blends beautifully with your skin. This tint is so moisturizing and the color payoff is absolutely incredible! The second photo shows the staining effect, with shade 5 on top and shade 4 on the bottom. What I love most is that the color stays true to the tint itself rather than fading to just pink, giving it such a rich, lasting finish. Even after eating, the color barely comes off! When I do remove my makeup though, it wipes away cleanly without any hassle. I was specifically looking for a tint with serious staying power and staining ability, and this completely delivers. I'm definitely going to keep repurchasing this! The price point is a bit steep for me. The fragrance isn't overpowering, but it does feel slightly off-putting at times. That said, since I don't usually smell it while wearing it, this isn't really a dealbreaker for me. What's disappointing is that I can't find this product at other beauty retailers. Please don't discontinue this—I really hope you keep it in your lineup! Since this tint has such amazing color payoff, if you want to extend the staining effect like I do, try applying it at the start of your makeup routine, then after you finish your full look and remove your makeup, apply a thin layer again. This technique really helps the color last even longer!
