The lather is so rich and luxurious that one pump is really all you need! It cleanses with a satisfying squeaky-clean feeling, so I wouldn't recommend using it every single day. That said, it does an amazing job of cleansing and the scent lingers beautifully, so I definitely recommend giving it a try! Nothing really stands out as a downside.
