I love that I can chew these without needing water, and the chocolate flavor is absolutely delicious! The packaging is so pretty too. The price is definitely the catch here. Compared to other biotin supplements, this one is pricier, so I usually wait for group buying deals to purchase it. Fair warning: these taste so good that you'll want to pop more than one! Just be mindful not to overdo it.

I really recommend this biotin supplement! You can definitely notice the difference in your hair thickness when you're taking it versus when you're not. After taking it, my hair feels noticeably fuller and thicker, which is great.
