I really recommend this! The shine is absolutely gorgeous. Other melting balms tend to break down and clump up, but this one doesn't clump even in summer, so I use it all year round! I decided to grab this to streamline my routine and skip the whole lip balm-then-tint-or-lipstick step. Color-wise, it's personal preference, but I love how this shade captures that natural lip tone perfectly. It's like a muted rose or fig with just a hint of brown undertone, giving you this soft pink-red that feels authentic rather than overdone. I went with Mute Percent because it's so effortlessly natural, and honestly, I'm thrilled with how it looks. Formula-wise, it has more oils than a typical lip balm, which gives you that gorgeous glossy finish. It's honestly more like a creamy lipstick with lip balm benefits built in, so it applies smoothly and feels comfortable. The texture does crumble a bit when you use it, so you need to be careful not to let it touch your teeth or anything else. It might break apart slightly as you're applying it to your lips. Also, your lips do dry out over time, so fair warning, this is definitely a lipstick, not a lip balm! If the oils feel like too much, just blot with a tissue and you'll be left with the beautiful color without the excess shine. This shade seems to work really well for light undertones. Since I have naturally darker lips, I like to dab it on with the cushion applicator first, then build it up. The color itself is quite pretty once it's applied! One swipe and I'm like... wait, is there even any color there? But the moment I layer it multiple times, it gets so muddy and heavy-looking. I love the sleek square transparent case. Since it has no tint, I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who struggles applying tinted products with shaky hands It applies a bit too thick and feels heavy on the lips. The transparent case shows everything, so even a tiny bit of product on the cap looks messy and honestly bothers me more than it should
