My lips are really sensitive and I get chapped lips constantly. Most other brands contain Red No. 202, which always left my lips feeling irritated and raw after wearing them for a while. But Wake Make Warming Coral doesn't have Red No. 202, and it's been a total lifesaver for my lips! I'm obsessed with it and I really appreciate the formula. The color is absolutely gorgeous. It really brightens up your face. The formula is so satisfying. The shine is perfectly balanced, and it makes fine lines around the lips look smoother. There were no downsides at all. The staying power is excellent, and it doesn't feel dry when applied. My lips felt comfortable the whole time. Plus, my lips look plump and bouncy for hours, which I absolutely love. The color payoff is pretty minimal, so if you're expecting long-lasting, intense coverage, this isn't it. But honestly, that's just how these products work—you expect to reapply throughout the day, so I wouldn't call it a dealbreaker. The formula is quite soft and blends easily, which means you can't just swipe it directly on your lips. You'll want to use your finger or a brush to apply it smoothly, or gently dab it on for a more polished look. Some people might find the price a bit steep at first, and I definitely did, but after using it, I have no regrets. The formula is a bit heavy and thick, so your lips might feel slightly uncomfortable. This product blends so easily that it tends to smudge, and no matter how careful you are, it keeps getting on the cap and the sides of the container.

The color payoff on the back of the hand is a perfect coral shade that looks absolutely beautiful. It has a sweet, chocolatey scent that's quite pleasant. Looks too oily and greasy. I usually search for moisturizing formulas since matte finishes don't work for me, but this glossy finish is unlike anything I've tried before. It's not a nice glossy look though, more like you just finished eating something messy. The formula spreads too easily, which makes the overall impression feel like you've just come from eating a heavy meal. If you already have some lip color, this will work beautifully for you! The glow it gives is absolutely gorgeous, and honestly, it's just so pretty overall.
