This pink lip seems specifically designed for cool undertones, but it's actually a lukewarm pink that's neither too cool nor too warm, making it perfect if your undertone falls somewhere between deep and light. The ultimate power duo for shade 21 with deep undertones is Switch On Pink paired with Rom&nd Coral Crush. The coolness of Switch On Pink gets perfectly balanced out by the warmth of Coral Crush. Switch On Pink loses its dewy shine quickly, and it tends to settle heavily into lip lines. But when you layer Rom&nd Coral Crush on top, those downsides practically disappear. I haven't had my color analysis done professionally, so I'm just guessing I'm a cool-toned winter bright type. Take that with a grain of salt! Honestly, I was never really into pink lip shades or dewy glossy formulas. But then out of nowhere, I got this sudden craving to try a dewy pink glossy tint. I was searching around when I discovered Wake Make's Water Glow Tint in Switch On Pink. Perfect timing too, since it was on sale, so I grabbed it at a great price! First impression: the scent is this sweet peach fruity fragrance that's really subtle and lovely. True to its name, even with just one swipe, you get this gorgeous water-like shimmer and a fresh pink glow as a bonus. I literally kept saying "Oh, this is so pretty!" over and over again. What I love most is that you don't need heavy face makeup for this to work. Even with minimal base, your skin looks so bright and radiant. It's perfect for that effortless, barely-there makeup vibe. If you've been wanting to try that fresh, dewy, water-fed lip look, I totally recommend this! I picked up another shade too, and I'm really hoping it works just as well on me. I heard this shade was being discontinued, so I rushed to grab another color before it's gone. Wake Make, please keep making more beautiful products like this! Just a heads up: the wear time isn't super long. Since this shade isn't super pigmented, I'd suggest applying a deeper tint first, then layering this one on top. It has a deep undertone and the color looks really nice! It's not quite my holy grail lip product, but it's definitely worth using. I wish the formula had better ingredients because my lips are quite sensitive.

The shade is so delicate and pretty! I love that it looks less intense than expected, even when I skip exfoliating first. It applies beautifully! I haven't used it enough yet to know all the downsides, but if I had to mention something... the scent. It smells like a pink marker or highlighter pen! If you have sensitive skin or prefer fragrance-free products, this might not be for you.

The color is quite different from what's shown on the official website. I thought I was getting a pure pink, but it's actually more of a red with this gorgeous rosy, my-lips-but-better vibe mixed with just a hint of coral. The payoff is so much more intense than I expected! Texture: It's got this lovely chewy feel to it. But what I really love is how thin and hydrating it feels on the lips. Glossy lips are having such a moment right now, and I can see why! When I apply it, the color comes out sheer and delicate, which is exactly what I wanted. The texture reminds me of Rom and Juicy Lasting - similar in how the shine builds up over time too. Transfer: For a glossy lip product, the transfer onto my mask is actually pretty minimal. It's not like I slathered on a full lip gloss - just a slight smudge here and there. Honestly, it's totally acceptable. Staining: There's definitely some color payoff. It stains nicely and leaves a pretty tint behind. I'll attach some photos so you can see for yourself! The main letdown is how different the color looks compared to the official website. The scent is where I'm a bit disappointed. It has this artificial peach fragrance that's way too sweet - honestly, it makes me salivate. I would've preferred either no scent at all or something more subtle. Longevity: Since it's a glossy formula, the wear time isn't the strongest. It doesn't last as long as I'd hoped.
