I've rotated through black, white, and red regularly, and black is my favorite because the brush strokes barely show. If you're not confident with your application skills, I'd definitely recommend going with black. You get what you pay for—the quality isn't quite there. First off, the drying time is seriously fast - even if you apply it generously, it's completely dry in about 2 minutes! And the color is such a rich, deep black that I absolutely love it! Honestly, there's nothing major to complain about. You do need to apply multiple coats when using it on nail tips, but since it dries quickly anyway and that's pretty normal, it's not a big deal.

I don't usually wear nail polish because of my job, so this wasn't really on my radar. It came in a mystery box, so I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a true black shade, which was quite bold since I've only ever worn lighter colors before. I think this wake-up makeup has a really smooth application. I'm using it well and enjoying it. The only downside is that it sets pretty quickly, which is a bit disappointing. Plus, it tends to flake and chip easily, which is frustrating. By the end of the day I apply it, the edges are already worn away.

If you have wider nails, you might need to apply multiple coats for full coverage. • The color is a crisp, deep black that's truly timeless. It's a shade that works year-round, so you can wear it whenever you want. The wear time seems to last about 3 to 4 days. After that, it starts to chip.

The application is smooth, the price is reasonable, and the staying power is solid too—honestly, there's nothing to complain about with this product. It's great that you can snag it for an even better deal when Olive Young has their sales. The product itself is fine, but when you peel off the sticker that comes attached, it leaves behind a really sticky residue that's pretty annoying to deal with.
