It sets instantly the moment you apply it, and I barely get any transfer on my cup or straw, which is amazing. If you hate sticky formulas and love a matte finish, this product is absolutely perfect for you. Despite being called Rose, it has this dried rose scent, but on my lips it comes out almost pink, which is surprising! The fragrance also has a subtle chocolate or brownie bread vibe to it, which I kind of love. Because it's so matte, during winter I find myself needing to layer a lip gloss on top to keep my lips from feeling dry. It can also emphasize any dry patches or flakiness on the lips.

Color: It's a gorgeous dried rose shade with a hint of purple mixed in - think cool-toned, deep dried rose! The color is subtly rich and sophisticated. 2. Formula: The velvety texture with a semi-matte finish applies so smoothly and effortlessly. It adheres beautifully to my lips without settling into fine lines. 3. Scent: The chocolate fragrance is surprisingly strong - you get that sweet, indulgent aroma with every application! It's pleasant without being overwhelming. What Could Be Better 1. Applicator: The tip picks up quite a bit of product, so you really need to control the amount. If you're not careful, it can get messy and potentially smudge. 2. Dryness: Because it's semi-matte, it does lean toward the drier side. Over time, I noticed some flaking and even slight cracking - though I do have naturally dry lips, the formula itself seems to have a drying effect. While warm-toned skin can definitely pull this off, I think cool-toned complexions will absolutely love it even more! This shade is so similar to NARS American Woman! It's got that cool-toned vibe that Noje rocks. The photo makes it look coral-ish, but in real life it's way more vivid and punchy! Lip Color I'm an autumn warm tone, and while the shade might look intimidating in the tube, it looks absolutely gorgeous on the lips. As for the wear? The color payoff is really rich and the product amount is generous... honestly, that's all I can remember about it 1. The staying power is really disappointing. The color fades quickly after application, and since it doesn't have strong color deposit either, it's just not worth it. 2. It breaks down unevenly. Even when I apply just a little to the inner lip, it quickly shifts and spreads to the edges. 3. It feels really drying. Applying it feels like painting watercolor on my lips. 4. Because of all these issues, I bought it but I'm not using it anymore.

The color is a gorgeous cool-toned pink that's perfect for my undertone. I was honestly shocked by how intensely it showed up when I swatched it on my hand, but once I applied it to my lips, it looked absolutely beautiful and way more wearable. If you're cool-toned and looking for a matte lip, I'd definitely recommend this one! Honestly, I can't really think of any downsides. If your lips tend to run on the drier side, I'd suggest applying a lip balm first to prep them.
