I got a mini sample and have been using the 09 Autumn Mouli shade. It has this subtle rosy glow that honestly isn't my usual color pick, but it works beautifully with my warm undertones so I keep reaching for it. The formula applies with a dewy finish at first, then sets into a soft, powdery texture. The staying power is really impressive. It's not really my color. While the staying power is decent, the matte finish felt quite drying on me. Personal Color: light undertone. This lipstick looked quite dark before I bought it, and honestly, it gave me those vintage mom vibes at first glance. But when I use it as a statement lip, it actually works beautifully. Since it's such a versatile, neutral shade, I can wear it in so many different ways. Back when glossy finishes were all the rage, I was team matte all the way, so I reached for this one constantly. To be honest, this product has more disappointments than wins. I'm not sure what changed after the reformulation, but here are my main issues: First, the packaging is problematic. It's not that the product leaks from the container itself, but the transparent cap area seeps, which is really frustrating. I can't even wipe it clean, and it just looks messy. Second, the dryness is real. It starts out feeling hydrating, but after a while it dries down to a super matte finish that literally strips all the moisture from my lips. Since I already tend to have flaky lips, this formula really emphasized every bit of texture and dryness. The color is absolutely stunning! The subtle shimmer means I don't need to layer anything else on top, and the shade is so vibrant and gorgeous all on its own. I dropped the tint once and it cracked right down the middle. The case doesn't seem very durable. I'm completely satisfied with the color, application, and lasting power of this product. I'm someone who usually can't stick with one lip product, but this is the only one I've used down to the very last bit. It's a dried rose shade that isn't too muted, with just the right amount of color payoff. Whether I apply it on bare lips or over makeup, it looks so natural and never feels overdone. I absolutely love this product! Like most lip products with applicators, this one releases quite a bit of product at first. When it's brand new, the cap gets a bit messy with product residue, so you need to wipe it with a tissue as you use it.
