I picked the color photo based on the shade that matched best, and the formula photo based on the one with the most similar application and texture! First of all, the color is absolutely gorgeous! It's seriously perfect for cool undertones!!!! The shade is everything!!!!!!! I also have dry skin, and my lips are especially super parched, you know? But when I applied this product, there was barely any flaking or patchiness at all! Even though I do tend to get a lot of dry patches and my lips are really thirsty, I applied the tint and then layered a lip balm on top for extra care. The formula is so smooth and glides on beautifully, plus it lasts forever and the color is stunning, so I'm definitely repurchasing! I'd totally recommend this to anyone with cool undertones! The case isn't really that pretty, honestly. But here's the thing—while the case design isn't my favorite, the color is so gorgeous that I'm using it all the time anyway! If you're someone who loves shades like mauve pink or dusty pink, this is an absolute must-have for you! There's nothing to complain about. If you have a light undertone, you absolutely must try this! The product looks even more gorgeous in person than in photos! The staying power is solid, and it has this lovely cherry scent! I'm genuinely recommending this for anyone with a light undertone! Since this is recommended for light undertones, warm tones are definitely not the way to go. You can tell just by looking at it that warm shades won't work, and cool tones aren't ideal either. It fades so quickly that if you try to build up the color, it looks strange, and the inner part gets patchy and stretches every time you talk. The staying power is honestly disappointing. If you prefer a more natural makeup look, try applying just a small amount of tint, gently blend it with your finger, and leave it as is - that way you'll get a bit more longevity out of it.
