I really hope they don't discontinue it!
ConsIt stings quite a bit when you first apply it, especially when your skin isn't in the best condition. But as you keep using it, your skin barrier strengthens and it quickly becomes more comfortable.

I was watching a home shopping channel when they mentioned that new mothers especially need to take care of their vitamin levels. I was skeptical but decided to buy it, and the results are amazing! As soon as I apply it, my skin brightens up. The next morning, I wake up to find my redness has faded and my blotchy skin has calmed down. With consistent use, my blemishes have significantly lightened and my skin texture has improved so much. I'm definitely going to keep using it regularly!
ConsWhen you first apply it, it might sting quite a bit due to the high vitamin C content. However, if you use it consistently, you'll hardly notice the tingling sensation anymore. Also, it takes a while to absorb, so you need to apply it thinly and massage it in well. Don't try to speed up the process by patting it in quickly!
TipI bought mine from a home shopping channel, so it came with both vitamin C and E. I mix them together before applying. This improves the absorption and significantly reduces the tingling sensation!

On days when my skin isn't at its best, there's a slight tingling sensation.
ConsI'm completely satisfied, so there's nothing I'm disappointed about. The tingling on sensitive areas is just because of the vitamin content, which is to be expected.

I've even bought it again!
ConsIt stings a little... After a month of use, the tingling sensation has decreased.

Since it's free from harmful ingredients, I'll definitely keep purchasing it.
ConsIt stings, unfortunately. Areas where my skin is more sensitive feel even more irritated.
TipAfter applying toner, just open one capsule and spread it on your face. Gently press it into your skin with the warmth of your hands to help it absorb. Then follow up with a hydrating moisturizer.

Even though my skin isn't in great condition, it doesn't sting at all. I almost feel a bit disappointed... I've gotten used to the tingling sensation!
ConsAfter exfoliating, the tingling sensation was intense... ouch!

Personally, I also like the vitamin E in it.
ConsThere's a slight pilling when applying the vitamin C, which is a bit disappointing. However, if you pat it in for a while, it all gets absorbed.
TipI found it beneficial to use vitamin C in the evening and vitamin E in the morning. It feels like it locks in hydration throughout the day. I applied vitamin C every other day, and following it with a hydrating moisturizer rather than a nourishing cream seemed to enhance its effectiveness. On alternate days, I used a lifting cream for skin care.

Individual capsule packaging - An optimal packaging method for vitamin ingredients that easily oxidize when exposed to light and air. 2. Ingredients - Contains a high concentration of vitamin C without any fragrances or irritating components. I was initially concerned about the silicone base, but I learned that the silicone used in cosmetics has larger molecules than pores and is volatile, so there's no worry about clogging pores. It even allows the active ingredients in subsequent skincare products to penetrate. In fact, it helps the active ingredients absorb into the skin more stably by blocking contact with air. That's why I'm okay with silicone ingredients as long as they're not combined with PEG.
Cons1. The amount in each capsule seems a bit much for one use. I split it in half. 2. After applying it to my face, there's a white residue that clumps on my fingertips. At first, I thought it was my dead skin cells and got startled, but it's probably the silicone ingredient. 3. Perhaps because I've been using it intermittently, I haven't noticed any significant effects yet. Still, since it's highly recommended by dermatologists and beauty experts, I'm going to trust the process and use it consistently. 4. It stings quite a bit while absorbing. It feels like tiny needles pricking my skin. I always take a deep breath before applying it. It's just the nature of the ingredients, so it can't be helped. I endure it by imagining my skin plumping up with collagen.
TipI'm using madecassoside along with vitamin C as I've heard it helps with wound healing and collagen production. I'm using Sidmool's Centella Essential. Since Monoderm has a silicone base, I used to apply it before cream, but it pilled more severely when applied over Centella Essential. Changing the order of application improved its absorption. I apply in this order: toner > ampoule > Monoderm > Centella Essential > cream.

After using it for the first few days, my skin became noticeably smoother. It definitely has a positive effect on improving skin texture.
ConsIt's just a silicone blob. While it might be a method to stabilize Vitamin C, it feels too obviously like pure silicone. The application feels like applying a primer, and it stings a lot initially. There's no moisturizing sensation at all. It feels like I've been duped by a home shopping channel product.

This is my third time repurchasing and using this product.
ConsThere's a slight tingling sensation, which I notice even if I stop using it for a short while and then start again.
