  Pros

  The day after applying, your skin looks brighter. You can really see the difference! My skin is sensitive, so I can't use it daily, but even after using it consistently for a few days, you can notice the brightening effect and how smooth and soft the skin becomes. The individual packaging is great for travel too.

  Cons

  Perhaps due to the high dimethicone content, it feels a bit heavy when applied. If you have skin like my friend's where pores get clogged easily, it might be risky. It creates such a thick layer that if you only cleanse with water the next morning, it doesn't come off completely.

  Tip

  My skin gets super sensitive during my hormonal cycle, so I avoid using it from ovulation to the end of my period. Once my period is over, I apply it diligently as it's said to aid in skin regeneration, and my complexion improves rapidly. I bought it from a home shopping channel, and it came with vitamin E (which feels a bit oilier and spreads more easily). Mixing the two allows me to apply it generously up to my neck, which works well. It's also less irritating this way.

  Pros

  The capsule format makes it convenient to use, and the brightening effect is spot-on! Since it's free from harmful ingredients, I'll definitely keep purchasing it.

  Cons

  It stings, unfortunately. Areas where my skin is more sensitive feel even more irritated.

  Tip

  After applying toner, just open one capsule and spread it on your face. Gently press it into your skin with the warmth of your hands to help it absorb. Then follow up with a hydrating moisturizer.

  I definitely noticed an improvement in my complexion. It's great that it comes in capsules, allowing for consistent application amounts.

  Cons

  It's quite irritating. While it doesn't sting all over, I noticed redness in areas where it did tingle. I'm not sure if my blemishes are increasing due to the hot weather or the silicone ingredients, but I've been experiencing more breakouts.

  Tip

  Mixing it with a hydrating moisturizer seemed to reduce the tingling sensation. I hope this doesn't diminish its effectiveness though?

  With consistent use, you can really notice your complexion brightening. I've had many people comment that my skin looks brighter too!

  Cons

  There's a slight tingling sensation when applying. I bought a set from a home shopping channel with two Vitamin C serums and one Vitamin E, but I only used one bottle and had to throw the other away. Even though I stored it away from direct sunlight and it wasn't past the expiration date, the color changed after being kept for a while.

  Tip

  Due to the oxidation issue, it's best to purchase one at a time. If you've bought it from a home shopping channel, don't stockpile them. It's better to use them quickly before the color changes.

I've been trying various items, but Monoderm is one I've been repurchasing and using for about a year now. While there weren't any dramatically visible effects in the short term, I've noticed that with consistent use, my skin definitely feels healthier. My complexion seems much brighter, and I often hear compliments about my improved skin condition.

  When I first applied Monoderm C, I was surprised by how much it tingled - more than I expected. I was worried there might be an issue, but apparently, that's a characteristic of vitamin C products.   Pros

  I bought this from a home shopping channel and have been using it for just over 3 weeks. After about a week, I noticed my complexion was definitely getting brighter. I've tried many cosmetics from department stores to home shopping, but this product seems to have great value for money. It absorbs well too... I'd recommend it to anyone concerned about a dull complexion.

  There's nothing particularly disappointing, but if each capsule had just a bit more product, I could apply it generously to my neck as well.
