The doctor said it was due to excessive sweating causing dryness and peeling. They recommended plenty of moisturizing, but I wasn't sure how much was enough. So I bought Violan oil, which we used when they were a baby. I mixed it with an emulsion and applied it generously to their hands and feet. After a week, everything returned to normal! Now I apply it liberally to their hands and feet every day. No one understands a mother's heartache when her child's skin is peeling... Violan oil has truly been a healing balm for my worries.
ConsI didn't have any particular complaints. Since it's an oil, I only apply it to the body occasionally to avoid clogging pores.

I bought it for baby massage after using Mustela, and when I dress the baby after the massage, I notice the skin is moisturized but the oil is fully absorbed. Some reviews say the spray format isn't good, but I actually like how it comes out with a 'spritz'. It doesn't leave residue on the container and dispenses just the right amount.
ConsWhile it's fine for arms and legs, it caused small bumps like millet on the belly. So I only apply it to arms and legs now. I never applied it to the face to begin with, as it's an oil and I was worried about clogged pores or dust sticking. Anyway, I deducted one star because of this issue. I don't think it's an almond allergy, but I'm not sure why this happened.
TipI use the oil alone for extra dry spots or massages, but after baths I mix it with an emulsion. My husband's feet are always dry, so on days when he helps out with housework, I give him a special foot massage and put socks on him. Maybe it's a tip for improving your marriage!

The almond ingredient provides excellent soothing properties. Both children and adults can use it together.
ConsI recommend this unless you have extremely dry skin. Also, using oils in summer can clog your pores, which isn't good. In summer, it's better to use it sparingly, just once or twice a week.
TipIt works great when applied with just a pump of facial or body emulsion. It's better than applying heavy creams. However, if you have oily skin, it's best to avoid using it on your face.
