Biolan Sweet Almond Oil is a plant-based oil extracted from sweet almonds, nourishing the skin and providing excellent hydration. This oil enhances skin elasticity and offers remarkable soothing properties, making it a favorite among many consumers. Advantages: 1. Superior moisturizing power: It penetrates deep into the skin, maintaining moisture and preventing dryness. 2. Skin-soothing: Effective in calming irritated skin, making it suitable for sensitive skin types. 3. Versatile uses: Practical for various applications such as massage oil, hair care, and body oil. 4. Contains Vitamin E: Rich in antioxidants, helping to prevent skin aging. Overall Assessment: Biolan Sweet Almond Oil is a versatile product beneficial for both skin and hair. It excels in moisturizing and soothing effects, and its multi-purpose nature makes it highly practical. While the price point may be slightly higher, considering its quality, it's certainly worth the investment. In general, it's a product I can confidently recommend. Drawbacks: 1. Stickiness: Some users mention feeling a slight sticky sensation after application. 2. Pump bottle: It's disappointing that the product doesn't come out in a fine mist, but rather in a single pump action. - mk***Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 5, 2024
Bioderma Sweet Almond Oil is the #1 bestselling baby skincare product in France! True to its top-selling status, it boasts skin-friendly ingredients. The oil has a light, water-like texture that applies smoothly without feeling heavy. It's not overly rich, so it won't cause blemishes on sensitive baby skin. I love that it's fragrance-free, making it non-irritating for babies. If you're considering an oil, give this a try - you won't regret it! Due to its light texture, the hydration doesn't last very long. It's more suitable for those with combination dehydrated skin. For best use, add a few drops to your baby's bath water, or mix it with an emulsion or cream for an extra boost of moisture. - ms*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 6, 2024
It's moisturizing and keeps skin hydrated for a long time. It's really useful for softening dead skin cells on children's scalps or for massages. The ingredients are great too! The round container is perfect for little hands to hold and play with while you're applying it. There's not much to dislike. Maybe the small size? It would be nice if they offered a larger volume option. You can mix it with your emulsion or sprinkle some in the bath water for a soothing soak. - gu*********Normal SkinRecommendedJul 19, 2023
The lightweight formula is great for mixing with emulsions and other products! It provides excellent hydration as well. There's not much to dislike. It's wonderful that it's gentle enough to use even on newborns. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 18, 2023
It's so hydrating and the spray format makes it easy to use. We've been using it on our newborn. I can't think of any downsides. We're really enjoying it! It's absolutely perfect for us. - da****Oily SkinAcne SkinDec 10, 2022
It's pretty decent. I bought it because I heard the ingredients were good. I can't really tell if anything's improving, to be honest. My skin was a bit rough, but that hasn't changed... - ek********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 1, 2022
This is my go-to product for seasonal changes. My child takes after their father with chicken skin, and during these transitions, they tend to scratch their arms and legs when the bumps appear. That's why I pay extra attention to moisturizing during these times. I recommend mixing this product with a body cream rather than using it alone. It maintains hydration for a long time, is less sticky, and absorbs well. Using it on its own might make your hands slippery due to the oil content, and your child might resist it. Not recommended for oily skin types with excess sebum. It can feel uncomfortably sticky. I mix it with Dermave body cream or Bioderma PP balm and apply it to the body. It absorbs well, is less sticky, and the hydration lasts longer. Don't use it alone - mix it with other moisturizers or body creams. For the face, I recommend Bioderma PP balm, and for the body, Dermave CeraeMD body cream. Try intensively moisturizing problem areas morning and evening for just 2-3 days. You'll see results right away. - im**********Combination SkinRecommendedOct 25, 2022
The spray bottle makes it easy to use and economical as an oil The scent can be a bit heavy, but it's incredibly moisturizing! - gn*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedSep 26, 2022
First off, I love that the ingredients are gentle enough for the whole family to use. I started using it when my kids were newborns, and even now, I still use it as a body or face oil during dry seasons. There wasn't really anything disappointing about it. Like most natural oils, the scent might change slightly over time, but that's about it. In winter, I mix a little bit with my moisturizer or serum, and it helps the hydration last much longer. - yu******Combination SkinSensitive SkinMay 30, 2022
I bought this to apply on my child. There wasn't anything particularly bad about it. However, there wasn't anything especially good about it either. It didn't give a strong feeling of hydration for dry skin.
