  Pros

  I bought this to use with an emulsion for my 6-month-old baby when winter came last year. It absorbs well. I was using Zeroid before, but mixing this in worked fine. It absorbs well into the skin. Personally, I liked the scent too. It has a natural smell, not artificial.

  Cons

  I mixed the emulsion and oil for my baby, but the hydration... It seems to absorb quickly, and I'm not sure about its lasting power, especially when applied to the body. The face felt moisturized though. After using it for a few weeks, I felt something was lacking, so I switched to using just one highly moisturizing emulsion. Now I only use Oi-Bos emulsion. It keeps the skin hydrated all winter long, and even diaper rash subsides quickly. I'm talking about the regular emulsion, not the face emulsion.

  Tip

  First, squeeze the emulsion onto your hand, then add a drop of oil on top. The oil sinks right into the emulsion. Then you can mix them together. Some people say the spray is inconvenient, but I thought it was perfect for mixing. I liked that I could add the oil without getting it on my hands separately.

  Pros

  I tried this since it's so popular, and I'm really enjoying it! The small amount dispensed is great, and the ingredients are good too, so I'm using it without any blemishes. The price is also reasonable.

  Cons

  It would be nice if it came in a larger size too, since I have to buy it frequently. Also, maybe because it's lightweight for an oil, it didn't last very long. Perhaps my skin was too dry...

  Tip

  I have mild atopic dermatitis, so I always mix this with an emulsion and apply it, except during summer.

  Pros

  I loved that it only has two ingredients - oil and tocopherol. Unlike other oils, it doesn't feel overly greasy, which is great! It's perfect for mixing with cream to moisturize my kids' dry, atopic skin.

  Cons

  While it's not as greasy as other oils, it doesn't last as long on the skin.

  Tip

  I used to struggle with static in my hair during winter, but applying this takes care of that problem instantly!

  Pros

  I love that it's fragrance-free and contains only almond oil, making it perfect for use on babies. It's also reasonably priced and easy to find. The texture is great and it absorbs well into the skin.

  Cons

  It absorbs so quickly that the effects don't last more than 20 minutes. You need to mix it with an emulsion to improve its staying power.

  Tip

  Try mixing one pump of emulsion with two pumps of this oil for better results.
