It's really moisturizing. The texture feels like it's soaked in water. When I spread it with my hands, the moisturizing effect is most noticeable. Pros
The adhesion is good, and the coverage is enough to cover any noticeable blemishes on the skin. Although I'm not sure, the cushion from the same line seems to have even better coverage. I really liked the way it adheres closely to my skin. And it was very moisturizing and hydrating.
Cons
Due to its highly moisturizing nature, the coverage was a bit lacking. Even though it's in shade 21, it didn't seem to brighten my complexion as much as I'd hoped... The longevity was also a bit disappointing. It's not quite as dewy as the name 'Water Drop' would suggest.
