  Pros

  I was curious about Burt's Bees cream, so I gave it a try. The only positive aspect I can mention is that it comes in a glass container. The lid, however, is plastic.

  Cons

  The texture is more of a thin emulsion rather than a cream. Its hydration power is somewhat lacking, and after application, my skin feels dry and the product pills up. It's just a complete mess overall. Personally, I'm disappointed with this product and won't be repurchasing. I even got a few blemishes from it. I'm a bit uneasy about phenoxyethanol being ranked quite high in the ingredient list, so I'm considering using it on my neck instead of my face.

  Pros

  Lightweight and non-sticky. Generally gentle on the skin. Some say it's drying, but if you apply a generous amount of water-based essence before thinly spreading this cream, you won't feel much tightness. Personally, I mix this cream with sea buckthorn oil when applying, so I might not be experiencing the dryness others mention.

  Cons

  It pills. After applying, if you touch your face before it's fully absorbed, it rolls off like dead skin cells, which feels unpleasant. I won't be repurchasing.

  Tip

  Try mixing it with facial oil for application.
