The wax-type formula maintains moisture for a long time, especially in extremely dry winters. The strong scent is unpleasant, and it stings the eyes even when applied to the feet. First of all, the smell is just too pungent. It's more accurate to describe it as a banana peel smell. When you touch the top or bottom part, it has a rancid odor. Those with a sensitive stomach should avoid this! I get scolded every time I use this. The pungent smell and thick texture make me hesitant to apply it to my heels. Even when I do, it causes dizziness and stinging in my eyes. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinJan 3, 2016
It doesn't feel very irritating when applied even with rough hands~~ It seems to have poor spreadability~ It feels sticky and like it's sitting on top of the skin.. The scent is also not my style - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 31, 2015
Lasts longer than other hand creams. Stays soft and supple even 3 hours after application Inconvenient to use from the glass jar, not portable Has a strange, banana-like rotten smell (it's a matter of personal preference, but people around me often say it smells odd) Being a wax-type formula, it feels sticky and has slow absorption When applied to the heels or elbows, the whitish residue disappears quickly - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 11, 2015
The vintage feel provided by the glass container, sticker design, and twist-open lid - these are the only advantages. It doesn't moisturize from the inside, but rather the oil just floats around on the outside. The hands don't feel cool, but rather very hot. It's sticky for a long time after application. The scent is also quite strange. This is the first time I've seen such a peculiar hand cream. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 7, 2014
The scent is like banana+sweet, which is nice. When applied, someone might ask if you've been eating banana chips (is this a downside?). It has a nice, thick texture. It's a bit inconvenient to carry around, and the absorption is not great. It's also slightly sticky. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinNov 23, 2014
Apply before bedtime. As someone who works with soil, this is the best thing. Absorption is slow. But since I didn't use any chemical products to aid absorption, I can tolerate it to this extent! I really dislike parabens! Apply before sleep and do a hand massage to aid absorption as well. Then fall asleep. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 30, 2014
Applying it before bed and sleeping well means you won't need to apply hand cream separately all day the next day! It absorbs too slowly, so I only apply it before bed. If I leave it in a cold place, it freezes and becomes unusable.
