The moisturizing power is really great. I always use it in the fall and winter seasons. Although it's a hand cream, I apply it more to my feet, and it softens my cracked heels. The scent, spreadability, and stickiness - these 3 things are really disappointing. It's a wax-type, so that's probably why. But I'd still recommend applying it before bed. If you apply it generously to your heels and wrap them, you'll be amazed by the results the next day! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 11, 2016
Before going to bed, applying it and then sleeping results in very soft and moisturized hands the next day. The amount is also generous, so I apply it to my feet and other dry areas. The bottle is too heavy to carry around and apply on the go. The signature Burt's Bees scent may be divisive, with some liking it and others not. I recommend applying it before bedtime rather than during daily activities. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 31, 2015
Lasts longer than other hand creams. Stays soft and supple even 3 hours after application Inconvenient to use from the glass jar, not portable Has a strange, banana-like rotten smell (it's a matter of personal preference, but people around me often say it smells odd) Being a wax-type formula, it feels sticky and has slow absorption When applied to the heels or elbows, the whitish residue disappears quickly - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 29, 2014
I bought it from the duty-free shop and it seems to have a good volume for the price. My dry and cracked hands have also improved. The sweet scent is nice too :) Sometimes I would apply it to my feet like a foot pack and cover it with a bag, and because of that, the area around my heels and ankles has also become smooth and soft. It has an oily texture, so to speak. You need to use just a little and spread it evenly, or else your hands will feel greasy and shiny.
